Worst experience from The Migration Firm and Mr Shafad . My case manager was Mr Midhun for AUS migration plan and everything was working fine under his professional approach . I paid around AED highest four digit number in 3 installments. I just finished my initial assessment and done my PTE exam with qualifying marks. After he left the firm, everything stopped. No procedures started and I am not even in the pool. As my services was not done I asked for a refund . Mr Shafad , who runs the business alone now, promises many dates from April 2021 and nothing happened till now, always come back with excuses and true lies. No replies for emails and phone calls. Now I am proceeding to approach govt agencies along with other similar clients. So anyone who thinks about AUS or CAN migration , please choose other suitable qualified agencies and dont fall into this trap.

My advice to anyone who wants to migrate is to not seek assistance from The Migration Firm. My file is still open with them and it has been nearly 8 months with not even a single communication from their side. Once the payment is done in full(which is one of the mistake I did as I was duped with their promo while making full payment), you have to be behind them to request an update on your application. We even had a meeting with Riyas Mohammed(our case Manager) but nothing much happened since then. They give you high hopes in the beginning but no follow through afterwards. I suggest to anyone wanting to migrate to do some thorough research on the net and assess your educational background and qualifications first. If you think you can proceed on your own then do so and do not let you get carried away by them. I will never suggest that firm to anyone!

Our application took almost a year and we have the PR now. I am very happy with the service provided by the consultants at The Migration firm. Do not trust these guys!Me and my wife paid AED 9500 + 2500 for Canada Immigration. First they told us they will process my application for PR. Then they said my IELTS score is less so they will apply for a work permit through their agent, Aleena Assem in Canada. After paying the money I got a call from Aleena saying that work permit is not possible, so they will now apply for Student Visa. I asked them to cancel the application and refund the money. After months of follow up with Shafaat Ahmed and Aleena Assem, they paid back AED 2000 and promised to transfer the balance after 30 days. There after Shafaat never answered my calls and never replied to my messages.These guys are just making a living cheating people. Once the money is paid they never bother to return the calls or respond to the emails. Do not trust The Migration Firm and their so called agent in Canada!

We have to chase them for updates and then heard back responses after days / weeks. If you have high CRS score then ok , otherwise you loose money and your time.... and if you have high CRS scores then I highly recommend to create and submit profile yourself... its rather easy and well structured process.

Approached the agency a year back. After being explained the process was directed to my case agent Shafaat. His knowledge on the process is excellent and guided me well throughout the various stages of the application.
